Osada Construction Receives Safety Program of the Year Award from Builders Mutual
On September 11, during the NCHBA’s STARS Award gala in Charlotte, NC, Osada Construction received the Safety Program of the Year award from Builders Mutual Insurance Company.
Osada Construction, founded by Matt Osada in 2010, is a custom home builder located in Asheville, NC. The Osada team pride themselves on their craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality along with their integrity, values and relentless commitment to innovation. They blend energy-efficient technology, sustainable building materials and design to produce a luxury high performing custom homes. With the addition of Safety Director Josh Hollingsworth, Osada is making strides to educate their employees and subcontractors on the proper safety tools to use while on the job-site. Osada is committed to making safety a daily priority, by having daily job-site inspections and incorporating a Health and Safety program for each person who walks onto one of their construction sites.
Matt Osada has over 20 years of construction experience and understands what it takes to keep a job-site safe. “We are builders by trade, but an important part of that is keeping each of us accountable on the job-site,” said Matt during the NCHBA’s STARS Awards. “We are honored by this award and will continue to implement a new level of safety standards into our job-sites, our work does not stop here.”
