Intermittent delays affecting mail delivery and payment receipt

We recognize that mail sent via United States Postal Service is experiencing intermittent delays. These delays are affecting the delivery of policy documents, invoices and bills sent from Builders Mutual to our customers. They are also affecting our receipt of payments and MSR forms which may inadvertently result in policy cancellation.
During this time, you may call our Customer Contact Center (CCC) at (800) 809-4859 between the hours of 8am and 6pm ET, Monday to Friday, to check on payment status and/or make a payment by check or credit card over the phone.
Our policyholder portal in Builders Online Buisness is available to view policy documents, pay bills, report monthly payroll online and view payment history.
If you are a customer on our MSR pay plan and typically mail your worksheet to Builders Mutual, you can email it to msrform@bmico.com. If payment is required, it may be made over the phone by check or credit card.
If you are a customer on our 10-pay payment plan, your payments are due on the same day of every month. The payment installment schedule can be found on the initial invoice for the policy. Agents and customers can access this in the Policy Documents section of Builders Online Business.
