What Makes Us Different

We understand the challenges of daily living. Builders Mutual provides a variety of benefits, services and programs that allow employees to manage the sometimes difficult task of juggling work and everyday life. We provide a flexible work schedule and a 37.5 hour work week.

Our wellness program, Builders Mutual in Motion (BMiM), is extremely active and encourages employees to “be well” through a variety of activities and events. Whether you like to walk, bike or learn more about healthy eating, BMiM is the place for you!

Builders Mutual believes strongly in continuing education and provides extensive opportunities for employees to increase their knowledge. To assist in this effort, we created our very own Builders University which employs a variety of resources and media to allow employees to learn the way they learn best. We have a Tuition Assistance Program that provides funding to employees who are pursuing higher education to enhance their knowledge and skills. Additionally, a variety of lunchtime seminars are available throughout the year on topics related to life events, such as Safety, Fire Prevention and Identity Theft.

BMIC also believes strongly in the financial success or our employees and provides Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace at no charge. Upon completion or this 12 week course, employees are armed with the tools they need to manage their finances efficiently.
